Free e-books

Publishers of Christian fiction often make free electronic versions of their books available, either to promote a new author or to promote a new book by an established author.  The books may be newly published and only available for a short while, or the publisher may make the first book in a series free when the second or third book is published.

Kindle free downloads can be read on a Kindle, Wi-Fi, 6" E Ink Pearl Display; (available by mail order from the US, or at Dick Smith Electronics in New Zealand and Australia), or on Kindle for PC, which you can download free by clicking on the link.

Other free downloads (including Kobo) are epub files, which can be read on a Kobo or Nook (available in New Zealand from Whitcoulls), on a MiGear (available from Dick Smith Electronics in New Zealand and Australia), on a Sony Reader (available from www.sony.co.nz/reader) or on your PC by downloading a free copy of Adobe Digital Editions at http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/.

PLEASE check the price before downloading - some books are only free for an hour or two, while others stay free for months!  Note that some downloads are not available outside the US.
